An IHHT session is simple, safe, and deeply relaxing.

  1. Preparation: You’ll sit or lie down comfortably while connected to a breathing mask.

  2. Measurement: The session begins with a baseline test of your oxygen response.

  3. Breathing Phases: You’ll breathe low-oxygen air (hypoxia) for a few minutes, followed by high-oxygen air (hyperoxia). This alternates for about 30–40 minutes.

  4. Monitoring: The system continuously monitors your oxygen saturation and adjusts the mixture for a personalized effect.

  5. Afterwards: You’ll usually feel relaxed yet energized — many clients describe a “mental clarity” or “reset” effect after a few sessions.
